The Complex Project Manager is an exciting opportunity for a strong communicator to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders utilising your analytical and abstraction skills, key responsibilities include:

• Lead large scale system implementation projects end-to-end
• Coach, inspire and support teams for high engagement and empowerment
• Own the client relation to ensure benefits and project objectives are satisfied
• Develop a great work environment and adaptable ways of working no matter the team size, locations and constellation
• Foster clear and transparent communication within the delivery and its stakeholders
• Encourage continuous improvement and optimization across the delivery

• 10+ years of experience with solid profiles of managing large and complex custom application development and system integration projects
• Proven experience in leading projects with Agile methodologies
• Proven experience in leading cross functional and dispersed teams
• Experience in building high performance teams
• You want to develop others
• Continuous learning and improvement drives you
• Languages required: Danish, English

• PMI, Agile or related PM certification is an advantage
• Technical background in digital and cloud technologies e.g. Java, DevOps, container, etc.
