Your Role and Responsibilities

• Job Description: Our team is seeking a strong application developer engineer, who has experience in designing and development in cloud native / n tier application and integration.Job Responsibilities:

• At Kyndryl, your typical responsibilities include coding, designing, application management, troubleshooting, monitoring and possible security threats.

• You will be required to establish a detailed program specification through discussion with clients and clarify the actions the program is intended to perform and adapt the program to new requirements, as necessary

• You will also be required to conduct user acceptance testing, to ensure the program can be used easily, quickly and accurately

• You should be able to write detailed documentation for the operation of the program by users and computer operators

• You will be required to contribute and provide input and/or direction for the overall development processes and development operations (DevOps), throughout system/software development lifecycle.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven experience (professional or otherwise) as an application developer (logical approach to problem solving, creativity, analytical capabilities)

• Ability to program in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, node.js)

• Deep understanding of core programming principles, including design

• Working knowledge of software repositories like github or bitbucket

• Experience in Software Development Projects using agile development methodologies (SCRUM).

• Experience with the Azure, AWS and Google public clouds.

• Critical and analytical thinking skills

• Keen attention to detail

• Excellent time management and communication

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Strong spoken and written communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to work in large teams with geography spread

• Ability to lead small teams technically

Required Education Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Education Master’s Degree
