Your Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities, preferably listed down as bullet points

Expected to do the work according to SOP’s (In Japanese).

Translation and Interpretation of instruction from clients (as required).

Communication with stake holders in Japan /India.

Act as the central communication point for interpretation and translation.

Prioritize various task based on business impact to the client.

Handle production operating system resource availability.

Perform root cause analysis, resolution and / or critical issue for production systems.

Monitoring various Job status and Late queue etc.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Monitoring for SLA checklist and make sure of the SLA jobs completion within the given SLA time

• Performing Adhoc requests like Demanding, Cancelling, Holding Jobs.

• Alerts monitoring and Ticket Raising for outstanding messages

• Execute recovery procedures for production operating systems, devices and reply to control commands

• Facilitate the SWAT/Service Recovery Team meeting

• Adopt Agile methodology and work as per same.

• Develop working relationships with support and delivery teams, management and liaise with support areas as required.

• Train and mentor other team members

• Participate in daily Operations meetings

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Japanese Language(JLPT N2/N3 or equivalent) and basic MS Office(Power Point, Excel, Word )

• Tools Knowledge (Netcool, MR, TEC Tool, MF consoles etc.)

Required Education Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Education Master’s Degree
