Your Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:Ensure the standards/procedures are communicated to practitioners Utilize the appropriate reporting management system to provide process performance reports, trending, and analysis Follow defined critical issue path when needed, as defined in the customer concern policy Drive process execution activities to identify, initiate and manage required action to meet service level agreements Utilize the Change Management reporting system to monitor and track changes
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 3+ years of experience in change management /change coordinator role is a must. Coordinate with application support teams for downtime, pre & post implementation steps, approval groups, and steps for back-out plans if required Coordinate with third party vendors for Field Engineer details to schedule firmware upgrades, if applicable Validate change requests for change restriction period conflicts and verify required fields as per Client change management policies Create change requests based on server and schedule details as appropriate Review server assets for dependencies, firmware and patch versions, application environment for clusters and recommend downtime Provide communication plan for each change request including bridge, chat room, email notifications, etc. Coordinate with various teams to assign Patching Implementer, onsite field engineer, and application and database contacts for validation as applicable
