Your Role and Responsibilities

• Collect data, analyze results using statistical techniques and send reports

• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

• Capture data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases and data systems

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

• Work with management to prioritize information and business needs

• Locate and define new opportunities for process improvement

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in data analytics and metrics reporting

• Data collection from different sources: Reports, databases, ticketing systems.

• Data analysis of uncommon metrics events

• Data analysis for process improvement

• Communication, negotiation, analytics

• Working with SLAs, KPIs and different metrics measurements and periods, reporting and presenting.

• Custom and automation reports (desirable)

• Participate with account team to present accounts results, continuous performance tracking

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Communication

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Skilled in conflict resolution

• Able to articulate technical issues and resolutions using non-technical language for understanding.

• Ability to provide information in a business basis need

Technical

• MS Office products: MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word

• Database basic level to querying results

• MS Visual Basic (Macros, Queries)

Required Education Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Education Master’s Degree
