Kyndryl, Inc. Hiring for Network Automation Software Developer at BANGALORE, India Full Time

Your Role and Responsibilities

We seek an experienced software engineer to join our development team to deliver a world-class network automation and management platform. In this position, you will be responsible for the development, enhancement and maintenance of an orchestration engine and management dashboard for Kyndryl’s strategic network control service. You will be a member of a global Agile team that works closely with offering managers to translate client requirements into functional code through iterative, test-driven development methods. You will have a hand in all aspects of the development cycle including translating business requirements to a technical design, coding, testing, creating support documentation, and supporting production operations.

To excel in this role, you will need to perform in an Agile-based team structure that encourages collaboration and creative thinking while simultaneously embraces self-directed, independent efforts to achieve team goals and product objectives. As a member of a team supporting Kyndryl’s global customer base, you must be able to welcome change as we adapt to the many varied and changing needs of our clients. An open mind to change and learning new technologies is a must.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years software engineer in Agile environment

• 2+ years coding with some or all of the following: Python, Java, Javascript, Angular, CSS, or similar languages

• Experience with DevSecOpsteams and with the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment model.

• Experience with public cloud services (IBM cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Experience with microservices oriented architecture

• Familiarity with SD-WAN, Edge, or other network technologies

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Practical knowledge/experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker

• Experience with infrastructure automation using Ansible

• Knowledge of RedHat OpenShift and related technologies

• Experience developing automation software for deployment and/or management of IT infrastructure, including network

• Experience with NoSQL database programming or administration
