Your Role and Responsibilities

L3 Support of our customer’s Software Defined Network deployment based on VMware NSX. • Participate in L2/L3 troubleshooting activities engaging vendor support, e.g., VMWARE, Redhat. • Provide input to design LLD documentation, runbooks, policies and procedures. • Provide assistance and guidance as an escalation point for issues and incidents. • Work collaboratively with peers on engineering, operations, and support tasks. • Ensuring all service level agreements are met. • Prioritize work appropriately to consistently achieve company goals. • Design, implement and ongoing use of various tooling to make delivery seamless

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Design and implement the new NSX T Software Designed Network for the BoI greenfield network incorporating BoI Channels, Payments Services GPPSP, Mule, Corporate & Markets Athena environments and other services. Migrate existing services from NSX V to new NSX T
