Your Role and Responsibilities

The Network Engineer will be a member on the Global Infrastructure Network

team. This person will be responsible for network operations and

infrastructure services regionally and globally. As a part of the Network

Team, the candidate’s responsibilities will include day to day incident

resolution and support, participation in on-call rotation, and documentation.

This environment includes: VMware NSX-V/NSX-T, Fortigates, Cisco routers,

Cisco IOS switches, Cisco Nexus line, Cisco ASA firewalls, Vyatta Firewalls, F5

Load balancers and Cisco UCS etc

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Services Delivery

• Proven communication skills.

• Should be willing to work in shifts along with the team in customer business time.

• Ability to work in a team with willingness to learn and drive to achieve.

• Proactive and focussed on Metrics.

• Compliance – 100% IT-Sec and on time and accurate ILC clocking in last 6 months

• Awareness on GDF, PBA, SLA/SLO Metrics

• Trouble-shooting Win Xp.Win7 &: Linux- Mastered

• Should have worked on Lotus Notes Client issue

• Working knowledge of software like SEP

• Working knowledge on MS- Office Suite and Symphony

• Troubleshooting networking issues (VPN, Ethernet, and Wireless)

• Should have a proven attendance record
