Kyndryl, Inc. Hiring for Procurement Sourcing Professional at Bangalore, India Full Time

Your Role and Responsibilities

The Procurement Sourcing Professional will be responsible for End-to-End Sourcing and Execution. He/She will interlock from the Client/Partner/Suppliers for successful closure of Sourcing Projects. Develops Strategy on cutting edge technologies and supports in GTS on with start-ups and new age tech providers. Need to have exposure to Sales/Solution/Market Insights. Experience in Contract and Commercial Management.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Have a minimum Bachelor’s degree and experience in end to end Procurement experience ideally within a large IT organisation and a fast-paced environment

• Be able to engage diverse internal business unit clients proactively, negotiate desired positions with suppliers effectively and resolve conflict in a timely manner to achieve business outcomes

• Be a self-starter who continuously seeks out alternatives to deliver an improved solution or value-add outcome and who is comfortable working in a matrixed organisation
