Your Role and Responsibilities

• Together with an enthusiastic team, you ensure that we increase the availability of the IT systems within the Bank and reduce the impact in the event of disruptions.

• What the customer or end user experiences, is central within the way we work.

• You think and work with various Agile teams assisting in the development and implementation of monitoring solutions.

• You support the teams both during and after the implementation with the aim of allowing teams to be in control of their own applications.

• You do all this together with the central E2E Performance Monitoring team (E2EPM team).

• As a part of the E2EPM team you will need to act in the benefit of all the application team

• Sand continuously think about new developments and automation within our field of work.

• YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT You will be part of an Agile team within the Monitoring Run Tooling department within Service Integration & Orchestration.

• We work with all the teams on several platforms across the bank to help them improve their monitoring setup.

• The department is responsible for the Availability and Event management processes.

• By implementing and maintaining Application Performance Monitoring Tooling, we improve and optimize on the process outcomes.

• PROFILE You recognize yourself in: Taking both initiative and responsibility (ownership) and knows how to keep an overview of multiple activities.

• Take the lead in getting all relevant parties on the table to find a solution.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Candidate should have minimum 8+ years of experience.

• Have a good command of English.

• KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE You have knowledge and experience In working with Azure Monitor.

• Implementing in any one APM Monitoring Solution (Application Insights, AppDynamics New Relic).

• Azure Pipelines (YAML Scripting),CI/CD, Azure Devops Suite.

• Azure ARM / Bicep templates.

• ITSM tooling (ServiceNow).

• You know basics of : Python Scripting, Shell/PowerShell Scripting.

• Ansible Basic OS knowledge of Linux, Windows and are willing to develop yourself.

• Familiar with programming Languages such as Java/DotNet Open Telemetry is a plus.

• Power BI is a plus.

• Agile and DevOps Way of Working.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Cloud Adoption framework, ARM, BICEP, Powershell.

• Azure Pipelines, Azure Policies, Azure Monitor, Azure Core Services, Azure devops Azure Networks.
