Your Role and Responsibilities

This Project Manager is responsible for successful delivery of development engagements for Oracle and SAP initatives, client re-architecture projects, 3 rd party upgrades/implementations, and internally driven projects. PM will interface with internal technical teams and customers and be responsible for project planning, estimating, setting up and managing project plan and timeline, managing client expectations (internal or external), managing change, managing budget, and ensuring successful completion of deliverables.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles

Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills

Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices

Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques

Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams

Must have working knowledge on AWS and/or Azure. Experience in working with both public cloud platforms is desired.

Cloud Deployment experience on at least one of the following cloud providers; AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Must be able to manage multiple new feature/function and architecture design projects while supporting existing deployments on multi-cloud platforms

Infrastructure Project Management (must)

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Good knowledge of change management and ITIL processes

Provides project leadership throughout all phases of project lifecycles

Must be flexible with work hours. Some off-shift hours support is required.

• Must be proficient with the following tools;Project Management Software (Microsoft Projects, etc)Service Now

• Github Enterprise

• AHA!Roadmap software

• Jira (optional)

• Box

• SlackVisual Design Tools (Draw.io, Microsoft visio)
