Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM Tivoli Monitoring, Netcool OmniBus, Tivoli NMIP, Netcool Impact, APM-UI, Jazz, Nagios. ITCAM for Transactions, APMv8.

General skills required:

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Good working knowledge of LinuxUNIXWindowsVMware.

Good working knowledge of TCPIP and networking.Good working knowledge of SNMP based monitoring.

good working knowledge of SQL based reports and relational databases (e.g. DB2, Oracle, MySQL, or MS SQL Server).

Good working knowledge of MS Office ExcelWord for producing reports for KYNDRYLmanagers.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Good technical documentation skills.

The ability to communicate with both internal technical and commercial teams.

Good customer facing skills as the role may require attendance at conference call meetings with external customers. A working knowledge of open source monitoring applications such as Nagios would be beneficial.
