Your Role and Responsibilities

This specialty is responsible for leading project team(s) in delivering a complex solution to the client which uses services and offerings from across Service Lines for project, consulting and managed services by using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. They have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes integrating work breakdown structures, applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and financial and technical risk management.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

They are to ensure the optimal use of technical work products, reference architectures and service offering subject matter experts. They are responsible for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team(s) and the client

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

They are responsible for managing all project resources, including sub contractors, remote delivery resources where applicable. T. They provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the client.
