Your Role and Responsibilities

This role is responsible for monitoring, controlling and operating complex computer systems, networks, applications and/or distributed systems in a multi vendor environment. They are also responsible for analyzing first level problems for all systems (according to the service agreements), resolving and routing as appropriate, supporting the Systems Management Processes specific to their client requirements in Spanish Language. Ready to work in 24*7 support model. Candidate should be readily available to join immediately and can be a early professional Hire / Fresher too

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Basic MS Office,

Any Monitoring tool Knowledge,

Any Ticketing Tool Knowledge (like Remedy, Maximo, Jira, ServiceNow)

Any Console or Batch Operations experience is added advantage

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Any Console or Batch Operations experience is added advantage

Required Education Bachelor’s Degree
