Your Role and Responsibilities

As System specialist, you are responsible to provide technical support for Linux Servers with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance.
You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Installing Server of any flavour in Linux & Aix Servers & windows Servers also.
LAN/WAN Technology.
DNS, DHCP, Active Directory Installation Creating roles & policy.
Provide End User Support of Technical/IT Queries.
Managed Domain and Local User Accounts.
Managed and Administered Linux & AIX Servers ,Windows Server 2008R2 2012 R2 & 2016 R2.
Sharing knowledge with new recruits.
TCP/IP configuration and LAN managed.
Installing and Configuring the Local Printer and Network Printer, Business Class Printer.
Working in CRM tool update daily basis ticket/queries.
Manageable Switches and Router Configuration.
All Firewall Security & rules, blocking, unblocking IP’s, host, Port Forwarding Cyberoam.
Managing NAS Add or Remove host & daily maintain backup.
