Your Role and Responsibilities

Specializes in installing, maintaining, and upgrading internal computer hardware and software systems used for designing and developing products.
Controls user access and passwords.
Proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
Monitors usage and performance.
This role requires excellent technical knowledge of Enterprise Storage Technologies and Industry Standards, and the ideal candidate should have a passion for solving complex technical problems, an innate ability to evaluate and judge under high pressure and excellent customer skills.
This role also cultivates rich relationships across the organization to help achieve both team and business goals.
This role will cover the US time zone.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Candidate to have excellent knowledge (10-12 Years EXP) on Storage Architecture, Distributed SAN Infra design.
Require backup resource with banking domain experience.
Product knowledge required on: Hitachi, Dell Powermax , IBM Flash storage, Brocade SAN Switches, CISCO and Apic switches.
Candidate to be self-confident to handle client calls and their requirement.
He should be a great team player to train and assist Juniors. (B 8).
Manage Hitachi Storage Administration along with Brocade SAN Switch administration.
Addon knowledge with Cisco Switches and IBM Cloud Storage will be added benefit.
Need to have good communication skill.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Hitachi Storage and IBM / Powermax Block storage.
