Your Role and Responsibilities

ServiceNow implementation lead or system administrator experience (hands-on configuration work) including Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Hardware Asset Management etc.
Knowledge of ServiceNow’s Security Operation solutions of Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response.
Prior exposure to enterprise midrange infrastructure environments.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at the same time.
Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
