Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Follow up with regular customers to place repeat orders
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about Status of their Order
• Follow up to ensure Customer Order is delivered on time
• Work with Principals to meet customer’s needs
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

• At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
