Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Follow up with regular customers to place repeat orders
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about Status of their Order
- Follow up to ensure Customer Order is delivered on time
- Work with Principals to meet customer’s needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
