Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator & Training Coordinator
This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position
The role is responsible for the day-to-day technical and operational support for the Global Talent Management team’s LMS needs, acting as a first line of support for end-users. This role educates employees and leaders on how to use the system efficiently to manage the training of their teams, including training, documentation, running reports and managing content. In addition, this role will work with enrollment management, uploading new courses and content on the LMS, marking courses as complete, running reports, adding and resolving technical issues, etc. This position will also provide implementation support for training initiatives, create technical requirements, system documentation, and support system maintenance and upgrades. Support of other learning technologies and processes will also be required.

Assignment Summary
Serve as the primary LMS Administrator for the Labcorp Global Talent Management Team.
Provide LMS subject matter expertise, including providing insights and best practices.
Routinely collaborate with learning operating committee to develop, maintain, and enforce LMS processes and procedures.
Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management. Monitors reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements in user experience.
Liaise with learners and global administrators to understand how to continuously integrate and align LMS with initiatives.
Maintain data integrity and catalog accuracy related to uploads and inputs from associated systems and software.
Generate reporting to provide visibility to adoption, completion status, and effectiveness of training solutions delivered via the LMS.
Analyze data and recommend direction and/or solutions.
Build knowledge of the LMS and all updates to ensure full utilization of all components that enhance the delivery of learning and development throughout the organization.
Assist in the coordination of learning and development trainings, events and workshops.
Position requires very high level of collaboration among the organization.
Complete other appropriate duties, as assigned by the manager, which require similar skills in accordance with business needs and common sense.
Education/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Instructional Technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems
Demonstrated computer skills – requires excellent MS Office experience (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook)
Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize
Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Strong analytical skills
Positive attitude and sense of urgency
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours as needed to meet the company’s deadlines.
Experience:
5+ Years’ experience in a Learning Management System support environment.
5+ Years’ experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within a Learning Management System
