Job Summary: To assist / contribute independently to crafting, developing, and deploying the software solutions at an enterprise level while working with functional teams onshore. Also support / contribute to innovation initiatives like Process or Technology automation, Technology proof of concepts, Application optimization (Performance, UI / UX, etc.) and more. Job Duties: Interact with onshore teams (functional & business) to receive business requirements and coordinate the design, development, and testing of existing and new applications Support Design, program & debug various applications in the CMA portfolio (CRM, Web, Data and Enterprise Integration areas) Support data preparation, analysis and presentation activities for Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics applications Gathering and documenting technology requirements for business and performing system fit and gap analysis Perform application validation (QA) activities for, support application administration and code deployment activities Maintain the production applications as per the SLA requirements BE/BTech/MCA Fresh University Graduates
