• Be highly creative and experienced in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Create and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
• Be well versed in Creating and Engaging Social Media Strategies and Execution Plans that will help Cultivate Audiences, Increase Web Presence, and Enhance Brand Awareness.
• Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Run social media ads across different countries, clients, and industries.
• Designing and strategizing web pages for various business objectives.
• Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly.
• Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc. Invest in HubSpot and LinkedIn for businesses to automate marketing campaigns and track leads.
• Create and execute Mobile and email-based marketing campaigns.
• Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of the company using SEO, SEM, SMO, SMM, PPC.
• Fix any error in online content and arrange webinars and webcasts.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
• Scheduling and posting on social media
• Content development and marketing.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the ideas.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Primarily responsible for the acquisition of users/customers for our various learning programs listed on our platform.
• Build Strategy for Search Engine Optimization by Using On-page And Off-Page SEO Activity.
• Handling Google Paid Campaign, Search Campaign, Display Campaign, Video Campaign.
• Manage relationships with clients for SEM, SEO & Social Media.
• Integrate the latest innovations and best practices in digital marketing to improve campaign effectiveness continually.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness via Social Media Tools.
• Develop metrics and measurement tools to evaluate and maximize the ROI of campaigns.

Experience & Qualifications

• BS/B E/B Tech Degree Required.
• Over two years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing & Analysis
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
• Should have experience in – PR, Adv, Social media.
• Should have an aptitude for research and analysis.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written); ability to provide concise, transparent reporting and actionable analysis.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
• Should have relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Working knowledge of cross-function like Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Optimization (SMO), Social Media Marketing (SMM) / Internet Marketing, and Web Content Management will be of great advantage.
• Must have own laptop
