• Knowing and understanding laboratory products intimately
• Execute turnkey laboratory package sales
• Professionally handle entire sales cycle
• Performing business development through various channels
• Managing leads in CRM software
• Growing leads into successful conversions
• Arrange appointments and visiting client facilities
• Preparing quotes and other sales-related documentation
• Intelligent and intuitive negotiation
• Assisting client through the deal closure procedure in GeM
• Collecting sales data and present to directors periodically
• Keeping up good relationships with existing clients
• Meeting monthly quota regularly

Pertinent Skill/Xp Set

• Must have present address in Uttar Pradesh OR have great experience working in Uttar Pradesh and can relocate
• Previous experience in B2B sales full lifecycle handling
• Previous experience in lab/office furniture or equipment sales (preferred)
• Knowledge of operating with the Government e-Marketplace (must have)
• Previous experience of handling CRM software
• Science background is preferred
• Ability to understand product metrics like furniture dimensions fluidly

Desired Soft Skills

• Willingness to travel frequently
• Proficiency with office software (MS-Office, Google, PDF)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
• Best time and project management practices
• A good recognition of the education industry
• Ability to think in the moment and intelligently manage situations
