Lakshya Digital Looking For Program Manager – Partnership & Outreach (Bangalore / Gurgaon) at Bengaluru, Karnataka, Full Time

• Building, scaling up and improving the effectiveness of all such organizational initiatives
• Helping translate company’s vision for improving the Skilling ecosystem and landscape in India to deliver international quality training (working with the government, Universities and Training Institutes)
• Driving and delivering large scale skilling programs

Requirements

• Experienced professional with overall 10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, with at least 2-3 years in Education or L&D
• Proficient in Project/Program Management with at least 3 years in a Managerial role
• Experience of working in the 3D / Gaming Industry will be a big advantage
• Experience in dealing with Government agencies and academia will be [referred
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large scale training programs
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Passionate about making a change

Responsibilities

• Spear-head Lakshya/Keywords India Skilling/Training Outreach initiatives with our partners – Governmental, Universities and Colleges (including private); being the main point of contact
• Work with Management to execute Strategic Vision for all initiatives at Lakshya/Keywords India. Convert Strategic Vision into Operational Plans, programs, proposals, financial modeling, and branding activities
• Execute all such plans and programs delivering at Global standards within the budget
• Liaise with Production Leadership in creating programs and curricula that are of Global standards and ensuring adherence to established Government and regulatory compliance
• Conduct regular market research on industry, talent and skilling ecosystem to refine plans & programs for higher impact
• Be the champion of all internal and external stakeholders’ management with thorough communication, negotiations, regular reports, and collaboration
• Regularly measure and report efficacy of training programs and drive corrective measures
• Direct/Lead the team of Trainers and team members in the execution of such plans including manpower planning, budgeting, establishing performance goals and continuous improvement
• Being part of L&D Leadership, manage the growth and development of the L&D Team
• Represent Lakshya/Keywords India as a Champion of Learning at Industry events, potential partners, Government Executives and Academia
