Organize and maintain personnel records.Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.Revise company policies.Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests.Strong administration skills.Job Type: Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 8956385282
