1. Assisting manager for daily communication to various stakeholders through
emails, phone calls, Whatsapp and messages
2. Interacting with customers through emails & phone calls and discuss their
requirements.
3. Answering queries of customers, providing information to customers as per their
requirement.
4. Maintaining data in excel sheet in google sheets
5. Participating in Telemarketing and social media marketing such as Facebook,
Instagram, Livechat.
6. Tracking status of orders with manufacturers.
7. Taking follow up with client.
8. Working towards the sales goals of the organization.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
