We are looking forward to hire a business development manger for our organization. We deal with premium ranges of alloys, suspension, exhaust and other various accessories and bodykits. Our goal has been to simply deliver the highest quality, best performing aftermarket parts for today’s sport compact vehicles.

Our BDM has the following key responsibilities:

• Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
• Develop strategies to sells products/services.
• Develop business by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Handling enquiry calls, extract leads from social media campaigns.
• Negotiation.
• Working towards monthly or annual targets.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to review sales performance.
• Train, guide and monitor sales executives.

Key skills for sales executives:

• Proven experience in relevant role
• Previous experience in automobile industry.
• Diploma in mechanical engineering/automobile stream.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated and driven by targets
• Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Diploma in automobile/mechanical stream.
• At least three (3) years of industry sales experience.

Salary: From ₹25,000.00 per month
