Larsen & Toubro Hiring for Assistant Manager- Mechanical at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Full Time
Should have experience of working with large MEP Contracting companies / Developers for commercial / high rise residential buildings.
Responsible for planning & monitoring execution of HT LT Electrical / ELV / Elevators works at site.
Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ.
Co-ordinate with Consultant, main contractor, MEP contractors and other sub-contractors at site.
Control of the quality and technical correctness of the installation in accordance with the project quality assurance plan and specification by maintaining method statements, regular checklist etc.
Attending regular meetings on work progress, coordination, design, etc. with consultant, contractor, Main Contractor to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
Monitoring project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution
Implementing testing, commissioning plan for MEP / Electrical system and final handing over of systems to Facility Team
Ensure that the works are undertaken in a safe manner as per project specific safety plan.
