Lead end-to-end digital initiatives that lift efficiency and quality across shopfloor and business functions. Own business analysis, project charters, and delivery while being hands-on with tech and strong on stakeholder/vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover, scope, and justify projects; define KPIs and ROI, draft/own project charters.
• Lead solution design and development (.NET, Python, JavaScript, MS SQL); oversee web-portal development and internal dashboards.
• Drive IIoT/Industry 4.0 programs: sensor/PLC integration, OPC-UA/MQTT, edge gateways, data pipelines to MES/ERP/SCADA.
• Run Agile/Stage-Gate execution, budgets, risks, and change management.
• Manage vendors: RFPs, evaluation, negotiations, contracts/SOWs, and SLA governance.
• Lead cross-functional teams; coach engineers/analysts and ensure delivery.
• Create clear executive decks and status reports for leadership.

Skills

• Experience in IT and / or Digital solutions delivery; strong architecture/code review capability.
• Experience with manufacturing companies is an added advantage.
• Hands-on with application stacks and databases; familiarity with APIs/integration.
• Practical experience with IIoT/Industry 4.0 solutions and shop-floor connectivity.
• Solid project management (Agile/Waterfall), stakeholder communication, and vendor negotiation.
• Executive presentation skills and team leadership.
