  • Review of Tender docs to understand discipline tech. SoW
  • Co-ordinate with Engineering for MTOs, BOQs & MRs
  • Prepare & present analysis of work quantities to proposal lead
  • Participate in Site visits & identify critical aspects of execution
  • Prepare first principle resource & cost estimates
  • Prepare Subcontract RFQs for various civil & building Works
  • Evaluate quotations, hold clarifications, benchmarking of Subcontract prices/ analyze, negotiation & finalize Subcontract Costs.
  • coordinate with various departments for technical/cost inputs.
  • contribute in constructability reviews
  • Risk identification and prepare mitigation plans
  • Time schedule analysis and support planning team
  • Compilation of complete discipline costs for review
  • Prepare Benchmarking comparison / analysis of costs
  • Maintain Cost database of executed projects and bids.
