Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Design:
• Develop detailed engineering plans and designs for offshore piling and girder launching projects.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the best methods and materials.
• Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Technical Expertise:
• Utilize pulling and pushing methods for the effective launching of girders in offshore environments.
• Ensure the structural integrity and stability of piles and girders throughout the installation process.
• Implement best practices and innovative techniques to optimize project efficiency and safety.
• Project Management:
• Lead and manage offshore piling and girder launching projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, surveyors, and construction crews.
• Monitor project progress, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for offshore operations.
• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant industry standards and legal requirements.
• Quality Control:
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of piling and girder installations.
• Perform technical evaluations and inspections to verify project specifications and standards.
• Address and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies that arise during the project.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including engineering reports, progress updates, and technical drawings.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Prepare post-project evaluations and recommendations for future improvements.
