Documentation control (for BTG projects from Vadodara)
- Prepoare and maintain all necessary documentation for new projects, including project report, operational workflows and compliance records.
- jEnsure accurate preparation and timely submission of DMR and GRN to document material received against purchase orders.
- Manage and execute payment processes via the Navodaya portal, ensuring compliance with company policies and deadlines.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
- Prepare and review monthly perpetual physical verification (PV) reports, ensuring inventory accuracy and reconciliation.
- Compile and submit monthly reports related to marine insurance for goods in transit, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and update open RGP records on a monthly basis to track returnable materials efficiently.
- Review and address open reservations on a weekly basis to ensure proper inventory management and order fulfilment.
- Coordinate and finalize closing certificates quarterly, ensuring all pending tasks are resolved and documented. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MM modules.
