  • Daily work allocation to operators as per plan / need, based on available skill and resources.
  • Monitoring and chase-up of job progressing high productivity.
  • Maintenance of harmonious work environment with unionized workmen with maintaining discipline and state of art manufacturing shop decorum.
  • Daily and critical reporting of job progress and events to IS and seniors with problem-solving decision-making approach.
    • Ø Must have Worked in a CNC machine Shop.
    • Ø Hands on experience with Modern Tools & CNC programming.
    • Ø Knowledge of TQM, TPM , 5S and other best practice in Industry.
    • Ø CNC Programming, Manpower Mgt.
    • Drawing reading
    • Process development, improvement initiatives, SAP familiar
