Job deliverables are as follows for the role in corporate finance team which handles finance and treasury.
- Resource/Fund raising (Responsible for managing fund and non-fund based limits to support project requirements)
- Negotiation with banks for optimizing project and interest cost for the parent company
- Monitoring and review working capital for the company as well as project level
- Planning and budgeting of current assets and liabilities in alignment with strategic plan of the group
- Monitoring portfolio by the means of specific MIS reporting and Project monitoring applications
- Handle bank facility documentation- New facility documentation, Renewal documentation, Bank KYC and various internal documentation
- Budgeting and monitoring of capex portfolio
- Bank guarantee analysis and periodic reviews with senior management
