Review of vendor deliverables, coordinate with procurement for vendor interaction and incorporation of comments. coordination with engineering to ensure vendor details are incorporated in the design deliverables.
Review of discipline MTOs provide value addition and inputs to procurement. Review vendor offers.
Resolved technical issue in fabrication raise site queries coordinate with engineering to get fabrication queries resolved.
Prepare plan and timeline for pre-com activities at yard and offshore and coordinate with procurement for vendor mobilization to various yards for pre-commissioning activities.
Support during fabrication and pre commissioning stage at yard as well as offshore.
