- Ensuring Safety: Prioritizing safety by adhering to safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, and addressing any safety concerns.
- Quality Control: Ensuring that the tunnel boring process adheres to quality standards and specifications.
- Data Recording: Collecting and analyzing data related to TBM performance, including geological data, water inflow, and equipment wear and tear.
- Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during TBM operations, such as equipment malfunctions or geological challenges.
- Shift Management: Managing the shift team, including assigning tasks, coordinating activities, and resolving conflicts.
- Communication: Effectively communicating with the project management team, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
