Responsibilities • ITOPS Automation solution architecture – Apps and Infra operation automation solution • Solution design coordination with PU Automation solution SPOCs / Architects • Automation opportunity assessment and SPRINT Planning • Design / Identify Tools and Platforms requirement for ITOPS Automation solutions • Estimations – Effort; Cost; Time + Development of Business case(s) with ROI + Program planning • Participate in proposal defense in coordination with Sales / CST / BD team • Level 2 Demos of IPs, & Technical discussion with customers / prospects • Contribute to Function and Unit – Analyst reviews, Webinar, POVs, Whitepaper, etc., Required Skills & Competencies • 6 + Years of IT Operation (AMS / CIS) delivery management experience within or outside LTI..
