Full Job Description
C onduct and coordinate all track work as per the set-up Programme of the project.
Assign daily tasks to the Subcontractor work men and improve the productivity.
Coordinate with MMRC/GC representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
Submit daily progress reports, request for inspections, installation, T &C records, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports as required by the project to the Project Manager.
Providing technical support to all track related activities upto Final Parameter at site.
Draw the required resources as per the approved monthly/ weekly plans.
Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulation.
