Position: Executive Assistant to Head Projects

Experience into residential / high rise/ commericial project is must.
Qualification: BE (Civil)
Strategy JD:
Formulating and Reviewing the strategic road map for the organization
Regular review of strategic objectives achievements across all projects and functions
Developing business ideas, case studies and PoV documents on emerging trends and technologies
Developing an extensive Document Management System Operational Processes Enhancement & Standardization Analysis and adoption of the new construction methods and technologies Organizing and Conducting the Annual Strategy Conclave of the organization
Analysing and implementing digital initiatives (Robotics, 3D Printing, tendering softwares) in the organization
Co-ordination with cross functional teams to improve & streamline departmental processes
