Job Description
- Source potential candidates from various online channels and through internal data base.
- Reviewed resumes and applications for pre-screening and identify candidates for Interview.
- Schedule and interview prospective hires to fill positions
- Negotiate with the candidates regarding their salary packages and the joining dates.
- Conducted reference check, background checks and issue the Offer letters & Appointment Letters to new hires, through Digital platform.
- Competent professional engaged in establishing priorities, time management skills and ability
to perform under pressure to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A keen communicator, good listener, a People-Person with the ability to coordinate people across all hierarchical levels and cross functional departments in an organization.
- Should be able to build network and establish good relationship with candidates.
- Knowledge of Excel and Power point is must
