Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for the Sales Strategy. Providing clear guidance and direction to the Sales team.Monitoring of the Sales team in terms of tracking the Meetings and Transactions level data mapping of the individual sales representatives.Liaisoning with the category management team and identifying the fast-moving product categories Ideating the New Ideas for improving the performance of the Sales functionManaging the leads through the CRM and tracking the vendor onboarding on the platform against individual Sales executivePerson is willing to travel for at least 8 to 10 days in a month for meeting the team, clients and collecting the insights.Desired Candidate Profile: 5+ years of experience; having done Sales function in the pastGood command over Excel and presentations and team managementTech (if not then similar experience) and MBA
