Qualifications
Essential
Fluent in English
Have a high knowledge in GDS (Sabre and/or Amadeus), clear handling of reservations, changes, cancellations, refunds, and reissue. (tests will be done).
Experience in travel agencies
Availability from Monday to Sunday and Indian holidays (rotating shifts)
Desirable
Communication skills and taste for customer management.
Verbal fluency and ability to argue
Constancy and ability to work – Resolutive capacity
Command of computer tools. – Ability to work in a team and a positive attitude
