Laundryheap is an award winning and industry leading startup that is revolutionising laundry and dry cleaning. We collect, clean, and return an individual’s items in as little as 24 hours, often making us the fastest in our industry. Headquartered in the UK, we are in the process of expanding across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North America.
We are now looking for a young energetic and detail-oriented individual with experience in recruitment to work for us in our overseas office (Bengaluru, India). The candidate will work closely with the HR team to provide an efficient recruitment service to the business. The role would suit a motivated administrator with a high degree of attention to detail and/or a keen interest in working in Recruitment or Human Resources.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
Posting jobs on Bamboo (company portal) and relevant websites directly
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, job boards, social media etc.
Reviewing applications throughout the advertising period as they come into the portal (ensuring that each applicant submits a CV), and presenting applications to managers in an appropriate and timely fashion following the closing date of each post
Scheduling / Conducting interviews, liaising with line managers and candidates; booking rooms, preparing interview schedules and issuing supporting paperwork and documentation
Providing administrative support to ensure the successful conclusion of each recruitment process
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Maintaining a tracker spreadsheet of all advertised posts and sharing it with the recruitment team
Monitoring and applying the best HR recruiting practices
Taking care of office administration in general and be the point of contact for all related queries
As first point of contact for employee queries, you will be touching all parts of the business and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills:
business oriented and have very good communication skills with the ability to develop effective relationships across functions and cultures
has very good organisational and communication skills
has a hands-on performance focus, a strong drive, a well-structured working method and at the same time a flexible attitude and desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
proven working experience in a Recruitment or HR support role
experience of working in an administrative support role
a go-getter and brings ideas and are passionate about your profession
a risk taker and has integrity with the ability to build trust and confidence
Desired Skills:
Previous experience in a startup is a big plus
To-do attitude and problem-solving state of mind.
Experience of working in a high-stress environment.
Specialisation degree in HR is preferred
