Hi,Greetings from Lead School.We have an amazing opportunity for a Regional Academic Excellence Expert –Tirunelveli / Kanyakumari, Hissar, Hubli, Mangalore, Hubli, Sikar/Alwar, Udaipur/Kota, Aurangabad / Nagpur, Orissa- Bhubaneshwar.Note: This job role requires 15-20 days of travel per month.LEAD School began as a chain of innovative and affordable schools. Responsibilities: l Conduct Academic/ Curriculum Discussions with prospect schools l Keep the Region team updated on latest Curriculum nuances of LEAD School offerings l Support CHs/ AMs in sign-ups at leader/ large schools with academically inclined school owners/ principals l Ensure zero drops from post sign-up till operationalizationRequirements: Experience: 5+ years in an academic role. l Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams l Excellent communication & presentation skills l Strong in Account Risk Analysis, Negotiation & collaboration Skills. l Proven ability to anticipate account needs, issues, Match/troubleshoot them proactively and Lead multipleaccount engagement projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.Skills and Attributes: Strong problem solving and communication abilities l Integrity, strong work ethics and people skills l Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high paced work environment.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR10,000.00 – INR12,000.00 per yearCOVID-19 considerations:
