Responsibilities:
- Invoicing end to end process
- Process accounts receivable transactions
- Addressing incoming mail concerning billing and invoicing
- Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and questions
- Initiate collections on past-due accounts
- Maintain accounting ledgers as required
- Create and update collection reports
- Handle all billing queries
- Audit ledgers to ensure they contain the correct information, such as billing addresses and invoice numbers
