LeanIX India has an early stage Product organization that started last year and aspires to grow as an independent development center. We are looking for strong UX Designers who are excited about small teams, open environments, and can take up the challenge to deliver designs for our product teams here and in Germany.
We are looking for a passionate UX Designer to join our team. You will work closely with a cross-location team of talented designers, product managers and engineers to work on design for scalability and help to maintain a great user experience for our maturing SaaS product. You will help to simplify user interactions on complex product features and workflows.
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

• Understand our business strategy and deliver product designs that reflect a uniquely LeanIX perspective on how to achieve it
• Help to create new and improve existing product features coming from our product roadmap
• Create concepts and visualize them in sketches, wireframes, key screens, user flows and prototypes for effective communication with other stakeholders
• Work closely together with product management and our engineers to ensure best possible user experience for our users
• Present designs and collect feedback from customers and users
• Collaborate on a systematic design approach to build design for scale

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in UX and designing high quality web-based products and mobile applications
• Deep knowledge and skill in interaction design and user experience design with a good knowledge of visual design
• Have a strong design background, think deeply about product design decisions and have an understanding of how to create simple user interfaces
• Fluent in tools such as Sketch, Figma, Invision, Axure, Flinto
• Experience working in and with an agile environment and scrum teams
• Be an excellent self-starter who can collaborate effectively with other stakeholders
• Be an excellent communicator of product design choices and know the rationale behind them
• Ability to articulate and explain your ideas to other designers, engineers and project managers
• Please provide a portfolio of your previous designs!

Our Flexible Work Mode only requires employees to reside within a reasonable distance to one of our offices (you should be able to get there within a half day of travel) in order to encourage attendance at company and office-wide events, important internal meetings, and to develop and strengthen working relationships with colleagues.
