Job Description

TechNadu, operated and owned by Leaprove Media LLP, is seeking an experienced full-time product listicles writer. Your role will include producing listicles and guides that help our readers choose the best product available based on their needs, priorities, and budget.As part of our team, you can expect to cover technology-related products only, such as laptops, workstations, smartphones, routers, computer components, and more. You will recommend products offered by US-based retailers, such as Amazon, Walmart, BestBuy, and similar.In addition to that, you will be required to prepare your content for publishing. That means you need to be knowledgeable when it comes to WordPress and have at least basic photo editing skills.TechNadu has always been primarily focused on quality over quantity. So, we expect from you to produce in-depth listicles that leave no stone unturned. Having in-depth knowledge of tech consumer products is a must, as you’ll need to explain and compare any individual aspects that affect our readers’ buying decision process.Please keep in mind that we’re looking for a long-term arrangement. And also, we’re ready to accommodate any volume of content you can produce, as long as it meets our expectations.Responsibilities:

• Conducting in-depth research on tech related topics in order to develop original content.
• Research and write short and long-form content.
• Prepare well-organized drafts utilizing Content Management Systems (WordPress).
• Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
• Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company’s current content.
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).
• Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines.
• Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
• Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
• Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies and edit blog posts before publication.
• Communicate and cooperate with a writing team, including a content manager, editors, and web publishers.
• Submit work to editors for input and approval.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, english, journalism, or related field.
• Proven 1 year of work experience as a Content Writer.
• Portfolio of published articles.
• Excellent command over English language.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience doing research using multiple sources.
• Familiarity with web publications.
• Knowledge of SEO practices and latest industry trends.
• Working knowledge of content management systems. (WordPress)
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
• Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables.
