Subject Matter Experts/ Content Writers and Editors for the following subjects are required :

• English
• Social Science
• Maths
• Computer Science

Skills and experience

• Experience of 3-6 years as a Content Writer/editor in a publishing firm.
• Ability to research, create and curate high-quality content in education, careers related areas.
• Ability to complete the tasks assigned within the stipulated time-frame.
• Excellent grasp of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Copy-edit, proofread and review subject content.
• Check language and facts.
• Check if the content matches the age group and the class level.
• Create quality products maintaining consistency and accuracy of text / illustrations / diagrams / figures / maps.
• Proofread content for errors and ensure that content is written per instructions.
• Copy, edit and proofread content created by other content writers.
• Format chapters with typesetters.
• Check for potential legal/copyright problems (ensure the content is plagiarism free and doesn’t exist in any competitor’s texts).
