· Planning CRM strategies designed to retain existing Candidates.
· Building and maintaining profitable relationships with the key candidates.
· Understanding key customer individual needs and assisting the existing candidates for smooth completion of the program.
· Answering candidate queries and dealing with complaints.
· Solving student queries in order to get the course completed in stipulated time
