Full Job Description
Dear CandidateWe are hiring for the position “Overseas Admin Manager/Off-Shore Admin Manager”.- Managing day-to-day activities. Must lead the offshore team and provide development in short term and longterm operations performed.- Maintain operations by directing all activities which are performed daily, weekly and monthly.- Interacting and with functional leads / managing directors across Group Company.- In alignment with the functional and regional heads review performance of the team members and devise improvement plans.- In coordination with the functional and regional heads, formulate and implement policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.- In alignment with the functional and regional heads produce and analyze weekly / monthly KPI’s, dashboards and analytics to measure and improve performance.- In partnership with the functional leads / managers, establish work schedules. supervise employees. Monitor and evaluate performance.- Facilitate coordination and communication between support team and their counterparts across Group Company locations.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹200,512.42 – ₹1,082,867.65 per yearSchedule:Day shiftMonday to Friday
