Legal Internship (Remote) at Remote only Full Time

About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented Legal Interns to join our team remotely for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in corporate law, contracts, and legal research. While this is an unpaid internship, interns who successfully complete the program will receive a Completion Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research on corporate, employment, and regulatory matters.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Support the legal team in compliance and due diligence activities.
• Help maintain organized legal records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence to legal policies.
• Assist in preparing summaries, reports, and presentations on legal matters.
